I adored the drive-in! There were a couple in the county I grew up in, and it was so much fun to sit in a car with your friends, smoking and drinking and laughing and watching the movie. Then when I was a new first time mom, we'd take baby Alison and I could breastfeed and play with her without bothering anyone.
