[links] Tip Tuesday: Calls for Submissions

I want to blog more, I like themed blogging, and I love alliteration, so I’m trying out a new theme, Tip Tuesday, to go with the (sporadic) Waiting on Wednesday/Werewolf Wednesday and (Fat) Fiction Friday.
